Hi! I’m Erhan,

I graduated from Yıldız Technical University Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2007. I started working in Valuation sector in the same year. In 2012, I completed İstanbul Kültür University Project Management master’s program with the thesis on “Real Estate Valuation with Artificial Neural Networks Method”. In this thesis an artificial neural network model was developed for real estate appraisal. 400 reports which are from different district of İstanbul were analyzed from Capital Markets Board (CMB) and Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) licensed real estate appraisal firm during the development of the model. Reports are digitized by selecting of 12 parameters which affected the value of property. Artificial neural network which is created using digitized data were tested with 28 different models. Success rate of all models are different each other, Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) has reached approximately 94% correlation and 87% accuracy of value.

I prepared valuation reports (such as ships, machinery, tangible assets and power plants) that required a lot of special knowledge and experience at home and abroad. Throughout my valuation career, I have worked with many companies as an expert, manager, consultant and partner. In this way, I was able to analyse the workflows well from all sides of the table. I worked for the development of the valuation sector in Turkey by taking an active role in associations and organizations that shape the valuation sector. As of June 2019, I continue to work at Aden Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. as a general manager/partner.

With my communication and leadership qualities, I gained expert status in machinery valuation in Turkey and became a person whose opinions are valued. In this way, I started to prepare review reports for independent audit firms (especially big four company) for the reports prepared by other valuation companies.

In 2015, I was accepted as member (MRICS) in the field of Machinery Valuation by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In 2019, I was accepted among European Valuation Experts with the REV (The Recognised European Valuer) certificate granted by TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers’ Associations). I followed and participated in the activities abroad of the valuation institutions of which I am a member. In 2024 I was accepted as fellow (FRICS) by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
